Display Advertisements At Your Exhibition Stand

There are many ways to display advertisements at your exhibition stand.  Typical display advertisements that stand out and can be seen from afar to attract people to your stand are banners.  The purpose of display advertisements is to attract, inform and entice.  You are trying to draw the viewer to your stand with colourful, interesting, effective and easy-to-understand advertisements that tell them just enough to pique their interest.

Differentiate your stand with eye-catching display advertisements that stand out, bolstered by intelligent lighting effects, trendy furniture and striking banners.  There are more possibilities at an outdoor display, where you can effectively employ a branded gazebo and any combination of pop-up A-frame banners, vertical banners like flag banners and teardrop banners and even telescopic banners.  A-frame banners that are securely anchored and vertical banners are the most wind-resistant.  However, indoors you can also employ roll-up banners as part of your display advertisements.  In fact, you would focus more on vertical banners indoors, because space is usually restricted.

You can also display advertisements on audiovisual media, although this also usually works best indoors.  Examples are large plasma or LCD screens or monitors on which you can run presentations with or without accompanying sound.  You may also opt for a projector to display advertisements on a white screen, but this type of arrangement requires more space and you have to set it up in such a way that people cannot walk in front of the projector.  Connect a DVD player to your monitor and play continuous, looping presentations, but ensure that the material is current, interesting and easy to follow.  Bite-size bits of information work best at exhibitions where people pass by.
