Use Exhibition Display Advertising Banners Indoors And Outdoors
There are several types of advertising banners available for any type of exhibition display, indoors or outdoors. Banners are very important, because your visitors can see them from afar and if you design them well, they will entice would-be clients to take a closer look and perhaps make a purchasing decision. Banners should not have too much text on them, unless it is clearly laid out and bulleted; if people are not able to take in the information while passing by, the banner has failed at its purpose.
Advertising banners should immediately capture the viewer's attention by being striking, dynamic and attractive; they should provide just enough information to persuade the passer-by to ask for a brochure or for more information. Outdoors, there is usually a lot more space for banners and besides the inevitable branded gazebo under which your staff would no doubt have to stand, you can also employ tall flag and telescopic banners as well as shark fin banners. On the ground around the stand, A-frame banners work well. The lighter, pop-up type of A-frame banner should be anchored to the ground, lest the wind blows it over. The heavier, aluminium tube A-frame has to be assembled first but is very sturdy.
Roll-up banners are mostly used indoors and are very compact. Therefore, they are easy to transport and carry. Once you arrive at your exhibition destination, simply roll the banner out of its tube and set it up at your stand. Many different sizes are available, up to 1.5m wide and over 2m high. Virtually the entire area of the banner is available for your design; only 30mm at both the top and bottom are required for the part that attaches to the top tube and the part that retracts into the base tube.
