Roll-ups are among the most versatile banners for exhibition stand use. You can have any design, message or marketing presentation printed on roll-ups; however, large, easy-to-understand graphics and text are advisable, because viewers should be able to disseminate the information easily and quickly. Roll-ups are not meant to convey finely detailed information that takes a while to digest. They are meant to catch the eye and draw the viewer into your stand, prompting them to enquire about your product or service.
Roll-up, as the name implies, roll up into a tube and is therefore extremely compact when stowed and subsequently easy to transport and set up. When you reach your stand location, you simply roll the banner out of its tube, lock it and place it in the appropriate spot. Roll-ups are not very well suited to outdoor use, because their vertical layout and large surface area make them susceptible to wind. However, the Hurricane model roll-up is sturdy and stable enough to be used in light wind.
Roll-ups are available in a range of sizes. The Mini Wing is small and measures only 595 mm x 1,720 mm. The Wing is slightly larger, measuring 845 mm x 2,100 mm. The largest derivative of the Wing is a full 1,5 m x 2.1 m in size and delivers an excellent impact with its larger-than-life presentation. Keep in mind that the entire area of the roll-up banner cannot be used for your marketing imagery. Thirty millimetres is required at both sides; at the top for attaching the roll-ups to the top tube and at the bottom for the part that stays partially retracted in the storage tube.
Besides roll-ups, there are many other types of banners and peripheral exhibition stand products that can be combined to create any effect you require. Contact us for more information on roll-ups.
